Coordinating conjunction – a connector, such as and, but, or, yet, or so, joins one independent clause to another.
Correlative conjunction – an expression that includes a conjunction, which joins like (same word form) elements in a sentence, and a focusing adverb, which adds emphasis to one of the paired elements, such as either… or, not only… bu t (also).
Focusing adverb such as also, just, even, only mainly, mostly, particularly, especially, either…or, neither…nor, etc. emphasize a part of a clause.
